Our children - so sweet and innocent (most of the time) - want to please us.  What a great teaching opportunity.
I'm trying to teach my son his primary colors.  We're focusing on a color a month.  August is blue.  So if there's a lull in the day, and I'm looking to keep him active and entertained, I ask him to bring me something blue.
He LOVES this game, and asks me to play it all the time.  It's an ability he can show off; and he's pleasing his mommy, meanwhile, learning his colors.
This game can be used to learn other things too - shapes, numbers, letters, etc.

Love it! I might have to try this with my kidlet.
